What does the word mother mean to you, and how would you describe your role as a mother?

The word mother to me means a selfless, caring protector. There isn't much I wouldn't do for my boys. I hope they always turn to me when they need something and always think I am the best chef/teacher/nurse/launderer. What's been your favorite aspect of being a mother? How has it changed as your child/children have grown?

My favorite part of being a mom is seeing the world through my children's eyes. The world to them is such a new and exciting place that their excitement f

or things gives me such joy. Each passing year I get emotional as they turn another year older, but as they have grown each stage of their lives just keeps getting better and better. What traits, habits and little bits of wisdom did you carry on from your mother or mother/parent figure?

I was lucky enough to carry on my mother's patience. She was also so patient and calm during my childhood (and now my boys' childhoods), without that being passed d

own to me I am not sure I would have survived having 3 boys in 3.5 years! How do you self-care during those tough mommy moments? What's your top go-to and why?

I make it a priority to exercise outside the home 3-4 times a week. That 1 hour a day puts me in the right headspace to show up and be the best mom I can be for my boys. How do you integrate h

ealth and wellness into your life? Your family?

I try to walk outside every day, drink 64+ ounces of water a day and eat veggies at each meal. My boys spend a lot of time outside. I believe fresh air and sun are so important to your health, so having them be active outside is very important to me. What is your favorite Lagree move? What changes do you feel /see since starting at Body Burn?

Side leg sweeps are definitely my favorite - they burn so good! Since

starting at Body Burn, I have noticed I have gained core strength. My core has been weakened from my pregnancies and was something I hoped to gain back! I also feel longer and leaner! How did you spend your Mother's Day?

My day was spent with my boys, I slept past 6:45am and had coffee in bed :)
