Yes. We offer Body Burn Essentials, All Levels and Hardcore. Please consult our “class descriptions” page for more information.

GRIP SOCK POLICY
Grip Socks are required and are available for purchase or for rent ($2).
HOW MANY CALORIES DO YOU BURN IN ONE CLASS?
While everyone is different, it has been reported that you can burn up to 500 calories per class.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Yes! All clients must create an account in order to purchase class credits and register for class.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in, much like you’d wear to the gym or a yoga class. For both safety and sanitary reasons, we require that you wear grip socks.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO TAKE AN GPBB CLASS?
All clients must be at least 14 years old. Clients ages 14-17 will require a signature from a parent or guardian in-studio.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?
If it’s your first time, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time to sign our waiver, check in and get a machine demo from your instructor. If you are not a new client, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your class start time.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON CLASS CREDITS?
There are no refunds for class credits. If you cancel class within our cancellation policy, the class will be credited back to your account for later use. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.
To ensure the safety of our clients, if you are new to GPBB we suggest arriving 10 minutes before class begins. We require that all new clients receive a proper introduction to the instructor and Megaformer™. Late arrivals for new clients will not be permitted.
It is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. However, we understand that life happens! Existing clients can enter up to 5 minutes after the start of class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start time, you will not be allowed entry for your safety and the experience of all clients. In the case that you arrive late for class, please know that your spot may be given to a walk-in or waitlisted client.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel a class, you must do so at least 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account.
WHAT IF I CANCEL LATE OR DON’T SHOW UP FOR A FREE CLASS?
If you are coming in for a free class, please note that the cancellation policy and no show fees still apply. If you do not show up for a free class, you will be charged the full price of a Single Class.
WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP FOR A CLASS THAT I SIGNED UP FOR?
If you are using a class package or single class you will lose your class credit. If you are a Monthly Unlimited Member and do not show up for a booked class, a $10 charge will be applied to your card on file.
WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or series. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens more than 12 hours before the start of class, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.
All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at any time more than 12 hours before the start of class, be aware that the 12 hour cancellation policy still applies. If you are added to the class and don’t remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.
Any time before 12 hours of the start of class, if you are still on the waitlist and realize you no longer want a spot in class, please remove yourself from the waitlist, just like you would cancel a class, and the class credit will be returned to your account.
Please note that the waitlist locks and becomes void at the 12 hour mark prior to that class start time – therefore, potential spots in the class are available on a first come first serve basis.
CAN I TAKE GPBB IF I’M PREGNANT?
If you were regularly taking GPBB before you got pregnant, you can continue to take class as long as you feel comfortable and have your doctor’s approval. Please discuss this class with you doctor before taking class.
Your physician should clear any post-pregnancy activity. Remember to be kind to your body and take your time getting back into a workout routine.
CAN I DO GPBB FOR INJURY RECOVERY?
If you are recovering from knee, back or shoulder surgery we would not advise taking class until your doctor clears you to do so.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKER ROOMS?
We do not have locker rooms. Please leave valuables in your car or at home.
WHAT IS THE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY?
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
All merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn with the original hangtags attached.
All garments are subject to inspection.
Refunds will only be issued in the form of account credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to if merchandise does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 15 day period, etc).
